2. Bedhead box
The headboard box body is made of high-quality castings, and the main shaft is made of 20GrMnTAi material. It has been forged, quenched and tempered, carburized and quenched, and processed by high-precision internal and external cylindrical grinding machines. The bearings are made of high-precision double row cylindrical roller bearings to ensure the rigidity and accuracy of the main shaft. The spindle adopts a three-stage variable speed system coupled with a high-power motor to achieve low-speed high torque, which can withstand heavy cutting loads and improve machining efficiency.

4. Tooling

The hydraulic station adopts an independent stacking valve, consisting of high-quality solenoid valves, pressure regulating valves, throttle valves, and double blade pumps, and is equipped with an air cooling device to ensure normal oil temperature during operation.
